Ok so now I feel a little smarter lol I hooked up my blogger to my phone...Go me lol...anyway this blog is going to be a little bit of a rant about customer service these days!!
Let me start out by saying I have been in the customer service for over 20yrs and I can not believe how people in this business are treating customers...Last night I was on my twitter deck and for the hell of it I searched customer service and kept it up on my screen so I could just see what was being said...Well all I can say is WOW the bad definitely out weighed the good!
What is going on in the world today? Do people not realize that your customers provide your paycheck? Is it a lack of values or morals? Its really confuses me.....ugh am I the only one who thinks this way? I mean I live for customer service and I take pride when a customer asks for me or one of my regulars come in and we "shoot the shit" for a bit...I dont know it just saddens me to hear all this negitivity when it comes to helping people!
